Whenever Christ is misrepresented by people it is a Babylonian counterfeit. The actual Bible teaches men to do good, to believe in the truth, to turn away from evil works. I do understand why people openly hate God at times, because there is so much corruption in the Christian faith, and so many hard-hearted people claiming to work for Him (Jesus DID say there would be false prophets among us)...but that is RELIGION, that is not Jesus Christ. Jesus gave people commandments, to love one another, in humility and service...He never commanded a religious institution. Like you said, you can't hate a person you've never met...or you may not believe exists, but you also can't say the story of Christ is harmful. Men in their corrupt minds have made Christianity to be lukewarm, harmful at times, and even prideful. That is because the Law of God revives the principal of sin in them, and their conscience bears witness of sin. That is another reason many people run from God, is because they know they are guilty. Well, Jesus forgives all, and loves all, that is His promise. -------------------------------------------- On Fri, 2/16/18, Darwin wrote: Subject: RE: Jesus To: "'Jacob Willett'" Date: Friday, February 16, 2018, 12:10 PM Jacob, I have no desire to murder anyone. You can't murder a dead man, it's an analogy to regarding people's misconception that Jesus is somehow still alive. I love you and everyone else and I'm concerned about you not living your life to the fullest because you have been sidetracked by Christianity. I am curious, if the Bible is false and a bad influence, why do you have a desire for murder in your heart?
